The first impression of this Days Inn when you walk in is clutter. The front desk, reception area is trashy. There are stacked boxes all in the floor, stacks of papers and personal affects strewn about on every surface. Our room was on the 2nd floor and the carpeted hall and stairs looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Our room was lacking an ice bucket and light bulb in the main lamp. I saw a roach walk across the floor between the beds and immediately hung all my belongings up off the floor. The beds and especially the pillows are very uncomfortable. The only positive was that the A/C worked sufficiently and was not noisy. I will stay elsewhere if staying in Miami again.

DO NOT STAY HERE, BED BUGS!!! If you are booking please check the beds before you bring your stuff in. Stains on the pillow cases, mildew smell, and at least 5 live bed bugs. My sister is a teacher and she still has not been refunded aftervtwo months for a room we did not stay in. DO NOT STAY FOR UPCOMING HOLIDAY!!!

Room was nice Breakfast was nothing to write home about, Bathtub was not safe for elder persons as it as slick and I fell twice trying to get out of it. Reported it to front desk and was told there was a safety mat in the room and there was not one in the room

This was one of the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The entire place immediately smelled like bug bomb when I walked in. Then my non-smoking room smelt like cigarettes, the front door barely shut, bathroom door had a hole & no doorknob, dirty fridge, stained sheets, mold & mildew in cracks of shower.

Spent two nights here on weekend, in spite of a few 1* reviews. The hotel was well located, and staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable, clean, and tidy. Internet was fast, 50+MBS. TV was Direct, but no GolfChannel. Decent shower. Walls a bit thin.
